Roles

Inviting someone

Only the owner can manage the team, under Account → Team.

1. Create an invite and choose a role, Manager or Member. An email is optional.
2. Graft produces an invite link, shown once. Send it to the person.
3. They open it, sign in or sign up, and take the seat.

Invites expire after 7 days and can be revoked before they are accepted. Existing members can’t use an invite to change their role.

Removing someone

The owner can remove a member. Only that workspace’s membership is removed from the person, and their session stops working at its next refresh. The owner can’t remove themselves.

Seats

A seat is a member or a pending invite.

When seats are used up, creating another invite is refused until you remove someone, revoke an invite or upgrade. On Free, you are the one seat, so the first invite is refused.
